How interesting that Fae use a place holder and that it is symbolized by all number holders full. Is this an aspect of their ethic that they don't often use zero?
An interesting idea that had not crossed my minds-eye. I was thinking of their incorporation of the lucky numbers; how it guides them in design and placement. Start counting the first circle in the upper left hand side of the the place holder. Circle then line then circle, progressing to the next line split in half as the forth and fifth numbers and continuing on to the next circle (as the sixth number ) continuing on counting both lines and circles the end result is ended another lucky number 13. I like the idea of an ethical avoidance to using Zero in their mythos.
