I use to secure my Jeep Compass had a lock failure or jammed - I had to abandon my Jeep for a day and half at work. I did some searching and found prices to be HIGH to be expected as with plumbers and furnace repair men what can you do but when the service is desperately needed to move on. I hemmed and Hawwwed and finally decided to throw a bucket of money away -- it cost 228.00 to have a lock smith drill away at my Jeep's anti theft component. So I payed a Karma debt at least I hope it did - it would suck to have just be a JOBE moment.
